Desde la promulgación del presente Decreto no podrán usar el título de doctor en lo relacionado con la medicina veterinaria sino aquellos profesionales que tengan su respectivo diploma expedido en una Facultad nacional o extranjera, aprobado por la Junta Central de Títulos Veterinarios y refrendado por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
