El numeral 2º del artículo 135 del Decreto 2700 de 1991, quedará así:
"Artículo 135. Funciones Especiales del Ministerio Público.
Intervenir en las actuaciones en las que se establezca la protección de los testigos, garantizando el cumplimiento de la ley".
