Si los opositores a la restitución de que se trata el referido artículo 208 negaren la calidad de públicos de bienes restituibles, la orden de restitución se llevara siempre a efecto; pero los opositores pueden, constituyéndose demandantes, debatir este punto ante el Poder Judicial, mediante el ejercicio de las acciones correspondientes.
