LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 3°. De conformidad con la autorización que confiere al Banco Popular la Ley 7ª de 1951, las instituciones oficiales o semioficiales, agencias de estado y entidades descentralizadas, mantendrán en el Banco Popular no menos de un 50% de sus depósitos.
