ARTICULO 58 . Adopción de la Planta de Personal. - El Gobierno establecerá la planta de personal de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud de acuerdo con la estructura y funciones fijadas en este decreto, dentro del año siguiente a la fecha de su vigencia. Dicha planta entrará a regir para todos los efectos legales y fiscales a partir de la fecha de la publicación del correspondiente decreto.
