° Unicamente podrá concederse permiso para instalaciones de los tipos más modernos y de sistemas reconocidos como adecuados para prestar un servicio correcto, sin causar interferencias o dificultadas a otras instalaciones. Deberán usarse en las estaciones dispositivos eficaces para evitar la emisión de ondas armónicas.
