Son causales de cesación del procedimiento las siguientes: 1 .Muerte del investigado cuando es una persona natural o liquidación definitiva de la persona jurídica, en el segundo caso procederá lo contenido en el artículo 9A de la presente Ley. 2. Que el hecho investigado no sea constitutivo de infracción ambiental. 3. Que la conducta investigada no sea imputable al presunto infractor. 4. Que la actividad esté legalmente amparada y/o autorizada. Parágrafo. Las causales consagradas en los numerales 1 y 4, operan sin perjuicio de continuar el procedimiento frente a los otros investigados si los hubiere.
