ARTICULO 2.1.1.4.28 . INVERSIONES EN LA ENTIDAD O ENTIDADES PATROCINADORAS. Salvo autorización de la Superintendencia Bancaria, previo concepto de la Comisión Nacional de Valores, los fondos de pensiones de jubilación e invalidez no podrán invertir en títulos emitidos por la sociedad patrocinadora, su matriz o sus subordinadas. Tampoco podrán realizar otras operaciones con las entidades mencionadas en el inciso anterior sin previa autorización de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
