La ejecución de las obras del acueducto, alcantarillado v plaza do mercado de la población de Tocaima, .se llevará a cabo por el Municipio, previa aprobación de los estudios, planos y presupuestos por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas v bajo la dirección técnica del mismo Ministerio, el cual vigilará el manejo e inversión de los fondos destinados a ellas.
