Modifíquese el artículo 23 del Decreto número 2460 de 2013 el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 23. Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga los Decretos números 2788 de 2004, 4714 de 2008, 2645 de 2011 y 2820 de 2011, el artículo 10 del Decreto número 3026 de 2013, el artículo 11 del Decreto número 3028 de 2013 y las demás normas que le sean contrarias”.
