Si al evaluar la petición el Incomex encuentra mérito para abrir la investigación, así lo dispondrá mediante resolución motivada, que se publicará al día siguiente de su expedición, en la Gaceta del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior, Capítulo Incomex. Si no se encuentra mérito para abrir la investigación, el Incomex así lo dispondrá, mediante resolución motivada, dentro de los mismos términos.
