La Junta Seccional Aprobará O Improbará La Clasificación Provisional

La Junta seccional aprobará o improbará la clasificación provisional. Si se aprobare, expedirá la resolución oficial de asimilación con mención de los datos de que trata el inciso 2º del artículo 10, señalando la vigencia fiscal respectiva según las regalas de que trata el artículo 1º de este Decreto. Si improbare la clasificación provisional, devolverá lo actuado a la oficina Seccional, para su corrección.

Parágrafo

Cuando la Junta o uno de sus miembros o consideren necesario podrán solicitar las respectivas documentaciones al Jefe de la Oficina Seccional, para su examen directo y comprobación de clasificaciones.
