Transcurridos los tres días que tienen las partes para alegar, el Secretario, sin necesidad de pedimento, lo informará, y previa citación de las partes, se pronunciará sentencia dentro de los diez días siguientes, resolviendo si debe o no verificarse la expropiación y fijando, en el primer caso, la indemnización que debe pagarse al expropiado.
