° Los sueldos y viáticos de los Ministros Diplomáticos y los de Secretarios de Legación serán pagados en oro; los de los Cónsules, en la moneda del país donde residan. Tales sueldos y viáticos no podrán variarse sino por otra Ley, y tampoco se pagaran viáticos dobles.
