Lo previsto en el literal c) del numeral 1º del artículo 5º del Decreto 2359 de 1993, incorporado al Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero como literal c) del numeral 1º del artículo 329, será igualmente aplicable respecto de las entidades cuya vigilancia deba ejercer la Superintendencia Bancaria de conformidad con la Ley 100 de 1993 y el presente Decreto.
