° . Adiciónese al Decreto 1076 de 2016, el siguiente artículo: Artículo 2.2.1.4.1.4. Plan de manejo ambiental. Las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales del Quindío (CRQ), del Tolima (Cortolima), de Caldas (Corpocaldas) y de Risaralda (Carder), estarán a cargo de la actualización, expedición y cumplimiento del Plan de Manejo Ambiental del Complejo de Humedales de la Laguna de Otún, el cual deberá estar acorde a la normativa señalada en los respectivos actos administrativos y además deberá tener en cuenta el régimen de usos de las categorías de protección nacional o regional localizadas en su interior.
