Uso del Permiso Especial de Permanencia para el Fomento de la Formalización (PEPFF). El Permiso Especial de Permanencia para el Fomento de la Formalización (PEPFF) servirá como identificación de los nacionales venezolanos en el territorio nacional, durante el término en que se encuentre vigente.

Parágrafo 1

La Unidad Administrativa Especial Migración Colombia dispondrá de un aplicativo web que permita verificar la vigencia del permiso y obtener la respectiva certificación.

Parágrafo 2

El Permiso Especial de Permanencia para el Fomento de la Formalización (PEPFF) no genera facultades para realizar trámites registrales de las personas.
