La Gobernación del Departamento de Nariño procederá a pedir, con los fondos antes mencionados, y de acuerdo con las especificaciones y estudios que sobre el particular ha hecho el ex ingeniero de la vía, señor Belisario Ruiz W., el puente hierro para el rio Guaitara, y el dinero necesario para esta obra, para su transporte hasta el sitio del montaje y para su erección, se separara anticipadamente de la suma total existente en caja, con el fin de asegurar la realización de este puente.
