Art. 88. Además de las causas de acumulación de asuntos mencionadas en el artículo 786 del código lo son también las siguientes:

1º Cuando se siga dos o más ejecuciones en que se persigan unos mismos bienes a menos que por la desistencia de uno o más de los ejecutantes de derecho de ser cubiertos con el valor de tales bienes, no fuere necesario la acumulación; y

2º Cuando a un tiempo se agitan un juicio ejecutivo y a una tercera en otra ejecución o bien o más terceras en distintos juicios para ser efectivo un mismo derecho.
