El Gobierno reglamentará la presente ley en lo atinente a las prestaciones e indemnizaciones sociales de los miembros del Congreso y de las Asambleas Departamentales, con el propósito de facilitar su más pronta y segura efectividad. (Decreto 1723 de 1964).
