La presente Ley, en cuanto se refiere a los derechos herenciales de los hijos naturales, en concurrencia con los hijos legítimos de matrimonios anteriores a la vigencia de aquella, solo tendrá efecto en favor de los concebidos con posterioridad a la fecha en que empiece a regir.
