DEL RETIRO PROVISIONAL DEL EQUIPO DE MEDIDA. La empresa podrá retirar el equipo de medida a fin de verificar su correcto funcionamiento y cambiarlo o exigir su cambio si es necesario. En caso de retiro del contador la empresa procurará instalar otro con carácter provisional mientras se efectúa la revisión o reparación. El plazo máximo para efectuar dicha revisión o reparación será de seis (6) meses.
