º. Los arrendatarios que hubieren pagado un precio o venta superior al permitido en las normas sobre control de arrendamientos, tendrán derecho a la devolución de los excedentes pagados. Si la devolución no se hiciere voluntariamente, podrá exigirse mediante orden expedida por los Alcaldes Municipales y Alcaldes Menores del Distrito Especial de Bogotá de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 16, 17 y 18 del Decreto 063 de 1977 y 5º del Decreto 2813 de 1978.
