La existencia de las sociedades domiciliadas en el exterior de que trata este Título y las cláusulas de los estatutos se probarán mediante el certificado de la cámara de comercio. De la misma manera se probará la personería de sus representantes. La existencia del permiso de funcionamiento se establecerá mediante certificado de la correspondiente Superintendencia.
