Requisitos para la Expedición, Registro, Renovación y/o Ampliación de la Licencia de Explotación Comercial. La relación de pilotos prácticos al servicio de la empresa y del personal administrativo que aporte el representante legal de la empresa para la expedición, registro, renovación y/o ampliación de la licencia de explotación comercial, deberá expresamente certificar que ese personal es suficiente para atender las necesidades de la empresa, tal como lo dispone el numeral 4 del artículo 48 de la Ley 658 de 2001.
