Tratamiento de los medios de pagos para la telefonía celular en el impuesto sobre las ventas . Para efectos del impuesto sobre las ventas, las operaciones de medios de pago (recargas) se entienden como una compraventa de un bien incorporal y como con­secuencia no estarán gravados con este impuesto.
