Adiciónase el Estatuto Tributario con el siguiente artículo: "Artículo 126-2. Deducción por donaciones efectuadas a la Corporación General Gustavo Matamoros D'Costa. Los contribuyentes que hagan donaciones a la Corporación General Gustavo Matamoros D'Costa, tienen derecho a deducir de la renta, el 125% del valor de las donaciones efectuadas durante el año o período gravable.

Para gozar de este beneficio deberá acreditarse el cumplimiento de las condiciones y requisitos establecidos en los artículos 125-1, 125-2, 125-3 del Estatuto Tributario y las demás que establezca el reglamento".
