º. Durante los períodos a que se refiere el inciso segundo del artículo 17 del Decreto extraordinario 897 del 16 de mayo de 1978 podrá autorizarse el pago de horas extras para los empleos comprendidos en los niveles técnico, administrativo y operativo sin sujeción a las restricciones establecidas en los literales a), d) y e) del artículo 15 del Decreto extraordinario antes citado.
