º. A partir del 16 de enero del presente año, los Fondos para el Transporte de las ciudades de Bogotá, D. E., Cali y Barranquilla, entrarán el liquidación, y ésta se hará por los liquidadores nombrados por el Gobierno Nacional y con la intervención de los respectivos Auditores de la Contraloría General de la República.
