Con base en el nuevo recurso fiscal de que trata, el artículo anterior, ábrese el siguiente crédito adicional -extraordinario- al Presupuesto de Gastos para la vigencia fiscal en curso: MINISTERIO DE EDUCACION NACIONAL OBRAS E INVERSIONES CON RECURSOS DEL CREDITO CAPITULO 357-A Auxilios. Departamento de Boyacá. 106. Al artículo 4367/1. Para pagar a la Acción Cultural Popular en los Pagarés números 1 a 18, expedidos a su favor, el auxilio nacional correspondiente a los años de 1957 y 1958, destinados a activar las campañas de alfabetización que se adelantan por las Escuelas Radiofónicas que dirige la Emisora Cultural de Sutatensa, conforme legislativo número 2367-bis de 1956 $ 9.000.000.00 Total $ 9.000.000.00
