Dos calificaciones insatisfactorias del empleado judicial en período de prueba darán lugar a su retiro del servicio, mediante declaratoria de insusbsistencia motivada que hará la autoridad nominadora. Contra la declaratoria de insubsistencia, en este caso solo procede el recurso de reposición.
