Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias. Para efectos de la aplicación del presente decreto, se derogan los literales b) del numeral 1 del artículo 31 del Decreto 677 de 1995 y h) del artículo 18 del Decreto 4725 de 2005.
