Artículo noveno. Queda prohibida la venta de lentes o anteojos, a excepción de los neutros en general, en almacenes, farmacias o droguerías, o en cualquier otra clase de establecimientos distintos a los de óptica. Queda igualmente prohibida la venta ambulante de cualquier clase de lentes o anteojos.
