El impuesto de valorización proveniente de la construcción de la vía pública a que se refiere el artículo 1º de esta ley será recaudado por el Municipio de Cali, por conducto de los organismos destinados a ese fin, e invertido en la ejecución de obras municipales de la misma ciudad.
