El Director es el responsable legal de la Empresa; tendrá a su cargo la supervigilancia y control general de todos los asuntos, propiedades judiciales, políticas o administrativas y tendrá voz, pero no voto, en las deliberaciones de la Junta Administradora. Todos los empleados le estarán subordinado y bajo sus órdenes e inspección inmediata.
