Supresión de cargos temporales. Suprímase de la planta de personal de empleados públicos del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, para el desarrollo del Programa Todos a Aprender (PTA), los siguientes cargos temporales que habían sido creados mediante el artículo 3° del Decreto número 2238 de 2015:
