Artículo Segundo. Incremento de Salario por Antigüedad. A partir del 1o. de enero de 1996, el incremento de salario por antigüedad que vienen percibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se aplica este decreto, en virtud de los dispuesto en los Decretos Extraordinarios 1042 de 1978, y 71 de 1995 se reajustará en un diecisiete por ciento (17%). Si resultaren centavos al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo de desecharán.
