º. El Consejo Nacional de Cooperación, creado por el artículo 20 de la Ley 0134 de 1931. Dependerá para todos los efectos, del Ministerio de Industrias, y principiará a funcionar desde el quince de noviembre del presente año. Dicho Consejo estará compuesto de tres miembros con sus respectivos suplentes nombrados para períodos de dos años, uno por el Gobierno, otro por el Consejo de Economía Nacional y otro por la Cámara de Representantes. El miembro que le corresponde nombrar al Gobierno, podrá ser el Jefe de la Oficina General del Trabajo. Los miembros del Consejo tendrán como honorarios la suma de cinco pesos ($5) por cada sesión a que asistan.
