Citación. Toda fecha de elección de funcionarios, de miembros de comisiones o para decisiones acerca de proyectos, en días distintos a los indicados en este Reglamento, deberá ser fijada con tres (3) días de antelación.

Al aprobarse o comunicarse la citación deberá señalarse el cargo a proveer, el candidato o candidatos nominados, las Comisiones a integrarse y los proyectos que serán objeto de votación, además de la hora en que se llevará a efecto.
