Art. 5.° Los sueldos anuales líquidos se reconocerán a favor de los respectivos empleados por duodécimas partes, mes por mes, i cuando un empleado solo hubiese servido algunos días del mes, la liquidación se hará por regla de proporción. Según el número de días que traiga el mes. En la liquidación i órdenes de pago por cantidad es que contengan centavos, no se liquidarán ni pagarán estos sino por cantidades qué terminen por cero o cinco.
