LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 10. Son estaciones de correspondencia pública en el ramo de las Telecomunicaciones, las fijas o móviles expresamente autorizadas para establecer conexión con las redes nacionales e internacionales, y destinadas a recibir del público mensajes telegráficos o telefónicos, mediante el pago de las tasas y sobretasas correspondientes.
