Las autoridades de policía podrán adoptar únicamente la medida sobre aposición de sellos, sujetándose a lo dispuesto en el artículo 477; concluida la diligencia, lo actuado se remitirá al juez que fuere competente para el proceso de sucesión, quien levantará los sellos como lo dispone el artículo precedente y dará aviso al funcionario que los puso.
