Objetivos del fondo. El Fondo Nacional de las Universidades Estatales de Colombia tendrá como objeto recaudar y administrar los recursos provenientes de la Estampilla Pro Universidad Nacional de Colombia y demás universidades estatales de Colombia, que se destinarán prioritariamente a los fines establecidos en el artículos 4° de la Ley 1697 de 2013.
