º . Adiciónase el siguiente inciso al artículo 305 de la Ley 599 de 2000: En caso de que cualquiera de las conductas a que se refiere el inciso 1º de este artículo se efectúe utilizando la figura de la venta con Pacto de Retroventa o del mecanismo de Cobros Periódicos que se defina en el reglamento, se aumentará la pena de cuarenta y ocho (48) a ciento veintiséis meses (126) y multa de ciento treinta y tres punto treinta y tres (133.33) a seiscientos (600) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
