DACION EN PAGO. El Instituto podrá aceptar, en casos excepcionales cuando la situación económica de la empresa haga prever su insolvencia y previa autorización del correspondiente órgano directivo del ISS, bienes muebles o inmuebles como Dación en Pago por concepto de aportes, multas e intereses, cuando puedan ser destinados para los fines propios del ISS.
