°. Creación . Créase la Comisión Interinstitucional contra las Bandas y Redes Criminales, por el término de un año prorrogable previo concepto favorable del Consejo Superior de Política Criminal y Penitenciaria.

Parágrafo

Cada dos meses la Comisión presentará un informe sobre el avance de sus actividades al Consejo de Política Criminal y Penitenciaria.
