De los docentes y directivos docentes que laboren en establecimientos educativos administrados de conformidad con el presente Capítulo. Los cargos de docentes y directivos docentes oficiales que la entidad territorial aporte para laborar en los establecimientos educativos objeto del presente Capítulo, no podrán disminuirse durante la vigencia del contrato.
