Artículo cuarto . Si la situación fiscal lo permitiere, apropiará también las sumas adicionales necesarias para completar hasta la cantidad de veinticinco millones de pesos ($ 25.000.000.00) por año, durante diez años, con destino a aumentar el aporte del Estado en la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero. La Caja queda facultada para elevar su capital en las sumas necesarias para este aporte.
