Régimen de Transición. La asesoría para la elección de tipo de fondo que las administradoras del régimen de ahorro individual con solidaridad deben suministrar a los consumidores financieros, de conformidad con lo previsto en el presente decreto, será exigible a partir del día 1° de enero del año 2011. En consecuencia, para dicha fecha los promotores deberán estar debidamente capacitados sobre el esquema de "Multifondos".
