La Comisión Nacional de CréditoAgropecuario establecerá los montos, condiciones y modalidades del ICG, pero sin superar en ningún caso el cuarenta (40%) por ciento del valor respectivo del proyecto de pequeña y mediana cría ganadera.

Parágrafo

En todo caso el ICG será asignado por Finagro a través de los Fondos Ganaderos.
